This Screen allows you to change the wearer record which is linked to a portal user. Only wearers who are LIVE in Prima will be available to select. If multiple/duplicate employee records exist for the same person this can cause issues, so please check in Prima which is the correct and LIVE employee record, and ensure any duplicates are marked as leavers.
