Please note that only returns which have not successfully generated a Prima returns number will be available to edit on this page. You can choose to simply cancel a returns request entirely (in which case it is possible to raise a new returns request later for the same item), or you can choose to cancel but refund the allocation, in which case the return request is deleted, but the wearer will get their allocation points or value back for the garments on the return)
